Walnut Encrusted Salmon

A quick meal when you need to get dinner on the table in a short timeframe.

Ingredients
Salmon
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp finely chopped Walnuts/ salmon portion
Salt and pepper

Directions

Finely chop walnuts. Use a pastry brush to glaze the top of the salmon with maple syrup.

Roll the glazed side of the salmon in the chopped walnuts, pressing down to get the walnuts to stick.

Place the salmon portions in a tin foil pouch on a cookie sheet.

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Salmon should flake when fully cooked.
