Steamed Whitefish with Creamy Cilantro Sauce

Steamed Fish and Cilantro Sauce

This white fish dish is simple to prepare and delicious. Any white fish will work for this dish.

The flavour is enhanced when you add our optional Creamy Cilantro Sauce to the fish.

Ingredients
2 pounds white fish
Parchment paper
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Pat dry the pieces of fish with paper towel.

2. Salt and pepper both sides of the fish.

3. Wrap each piece of fish individually in parchment paper.


4. Place the package folded side down on a cookie sheet.

5. Place the packs of fish in a preheated 375 degree oven. Steam fish 20 minutes or until the fish flakes.
