
This creamy Cilantro sauce is a fresh addition to any salad or main dish.

What is Cilantro?
Cilantro refers to the leaves of the coriander plant. It is commonly eaten as a food or used as a spice. Cilantro is Spanish for Coriander used in many popular Mexican dishes.
Ingredients
1/3 cup finely chopped Cilantro
1/2 C Sour Cream
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tsp minced garlic


Directions
Finely chop the cilantro leaves. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. We make this sauce a few hours before using to give the flavours time to come together.
