Our homemade roasted garlic hummus is easy to prepare and is made often in the Murlo household.
Adding roasted sesame seeds takes the flavour profile to the next level! Of course, you can never go wrong with roasted garlic.
1 19 oz Chickpeas
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 head of garlic
3 and 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 Tsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Canola oil
2 Tbsp water
1. Roast sesame seeds in a frying pay until light brown
2. Roast garlic head in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until soft
3. Squeeze the roasted garlic from the head into a food processor.
3. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend to a desired consistently.
