Green Bean & Chicken Penne

This is a quick meal and a way to stretch the meat when cooking for a family.

Ingredients
2 cups dry penne
2 chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can whole mushrooms
1/2 can milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tsp tarragon
1 tsp parsley 
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 cups frozen or fresh green beans 

Directions
Boil pasta according to package directions, boil until al-dente.
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. In a frying pan add some oil and brown the chicken.
In a 2.5 quart casserole dish add the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and milk whisk to mix.
Add the pasta, chicken, mushrooms, spices and beans. Mix well.

Place casserole in a 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. Serve with your favourite side salad.
