
Ingredients
5 oz chopped frozen spinach well drained
2 Tbsp finely diced garlic
10 oz jar of Alfredo sauce
14 oz can of artichokes well drained roughly chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 package of cream cheese (approximately 2 oz)
Directions
The day before thaw the spinach in a strainer. Weight down to extract as much moisture as possible.
The next day combine all ingredients into a microwaveable dish. In 40 second intervals microwave on high then stir. Continue until all cheese is melted and well combined.
Enjoy with your favourite crackers.
This dip also freezes well, we often make this up ahead of time to have on hand during the holiday season.
