Great flavour, super moist and tender. Can there be a better way to eat pork chops?
Pork Chop Ingredients
2 pork chops
2 sprigs fresh Rosemary
pinch of salt and pepper
2 Tbsp Butter

Pork Chop Directions
In a hot heavy frying pan melt the butter and wait for it to sizzle. Place the sprigs of Rosemary and the pork chops into the pan. Sear on both sides. This should only take a couple minutes per side. Remove the Rosemary and set aside. Place pork chops into a casserole dish.
Milk Gravy Ingredients
2 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp flour
3/4 cup milk

In the pan you seared the pork in, add butter. Once melted add the flour to make a roux. Stir in the milk and the rosemary sprigs you used earlier. Stir to incorporate the flour mixture and scape the bottom of the pan to deglaze.
Remove from heat and add to the casserole dish over the pork chops. Place dish in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven cook for 30 minutes.

Mmmmm I love rosemary on beef. Didn’t realize that it works with pork. Thanks again Murlo!
