This is our recipe we’ve modified over the years to suit our taste and hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

2 medium onions (diced)
5 cups crushed tomatoes

2. Add ground beef mixture, crushed tomatoes, brown beans to slow cooker or Dutch oven .
3. Stir occasionally
Note: We prepare the ingredients in the morning so the mixture can cook thoroughly through out the day for maximum flavour!
Safe Cooking Temperature Guide
Tips Heating the spices before adding any liquid helps to bring out the flavours.
Chili tastes so much better when cooked low and slow. This method accentuates the flavours so much.
