Murlo Stuffing Omelette

At Murlo we enjoy omelettes and our Aunt Helen’s Stuffing recipe.

I decided on the spur of the moment one morning to combine the two ingredients for breakfast as we were down to our last bit of stuffing.

This odd combination made for a great omelette!

After breakfast, I decided to search the internet to see if anyone else made a stuffing omelette. Sure enough there were others!

So what I thought was a unique recipe really was not. It goes to show you can find anything on the internet. Murlo will give credit to others where a recipe has inspired us to try. In this case, I did not search the internet prior to making this omelette. Any stuffing omelette recipes that use similar ingredients, amounts and results are purely consequential! 😂
