Chicken thighs are the most flavourful part of the chicken. This recipe yields a crispy coating and very moist meat.
Ingredients
Chicken thighs
1/3 c flour
1 c panko crumbs
1 tbsp Mrs. Dash
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 egg
1/4 c cream

Directions
Bring chicken to room temperature and pat dry with paper towels.
Prepare three bowls for coating. In one bowl place the flour. In the second bowl mix the cream and beaten egg together. In the third bowl mix the panko crumbs and seasonings.
Thoroughly coat the chicken in flour, making sure all skin is covered.
Place the chicken thigh in the egg and cream mixture again making sure to thoroughly coat the thigh.

Transfer the thigh to the bread crumb mixture to thoroughly coat. Set aside on a clean plate.

Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place chicken thighs top side down and cook for 10 minutes. Turn thighs over and cook another 10 minutes. At this point we check the internal temperature of the meat, looking for a reading of 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve with your favourite side dishes.
Notes: Using tongs in the coating process is so much neater than using your hands.
You can also use the air fry setting on your oven. Place the chicken in a flat metal basket. Place a cookie sheet on the rack beneath the chicken to keep the chicken from dripping onto the bottom of the oven
