Murlo Lobster Ravioli

Nothing better than homemade pasta and seafood in one flavourful bite!

This recipe covers the ingredients for our ravioli filling and accompanying cream sauce. See our Pasta Dough (Semolina Flour) post to make this great recipe.

Makes approximately 30 ravioli.

Filling Ingredients
11 oz minced lobster
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 package of cream cheese (2 oz)
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup white wine (Pino Grigio)
2 cups cream (10% fat)
2 tsp Tarragon
1 tsp minced garlic

Cooking Instructions
In a large pot boil 6-8 cups salted water.
Add the ravioli to the pot. They will float when done (4-5 minutes)
Drain and top with sauce.
