Beef Taco Wraps

We made these wraps for the first time with fantastic results!
They are great served warm or cold as an appetizer or part of a main course.

You may purchase store bought tortillas or see our homemade soft tortillas.

Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef
10 large Tortillas
1/4 cup Sour cream
4 oz Cream cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
1/2 cup whole cilantro leaves
Taco seasoning of your choice, season to taste
10 Tbsp Taco Nacho shredded cheese
Toothpicks

Directions

1. Cook ground beef adding taco seasoning for desired taste

2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro .

3. Cut the tortilla shell in half

4. Spread cream cheese sour cream mixture on tortilla shell.

5. Add approximately 1 Tbsp ground beef

7. Add some cilantro and shredded cheese

8. Fold up the cut edge of the tortilla about one inch. Roll tortilla shells tightly and pin with toothpicks

Notes: This dish can be considered both an appetizer or part of a main course. Serve hot or cold. We heat the Beef Taco appetizer in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

Optional: Refried beans instead of cream & sour cream.
